Update after failed saline intervaginal ultrasound
Yep, that's right, FAILED ultrasound. It appears that my uterus is completely closed. They were able to shove just about everything into my cervix which they dilated to a 3 but couldn't even get a 1-2mm cath into the uterus. I'm in constant horrible pain. My abdomen is so swollen and tender that I can't comfortably wear my clothes. Fever still comes and goes.
Doc is saying it's time to do the hyst. I want to know what the heck this is and where it came from. I can't imagine that these are adhesions 16 months after surgery. I looked at the FDA report and it indicates 0 reported instances of post surgical adhesions after a Novasure ablation.
I cannot bear the thought of any surgery that requires general anesthesia. I'm so tired of this..... Has anyone else heard of this or experienced it?
Thanks for reading.
