I Dont know what to do

I am 4 months post op. I was told that I am no longer covered to go to my doctor today, so going to the doctor who specializes in my particular problem is not an option now.

I can't sleep, I cry before I go to sleep. I will lay in bed and try to sleep and suddenly burst into tears before I can finally maybe go to sleep. Then, I have nightmares, and I'm not talking nightmares, I'm talking night terrors. The kind that are so bad I wake up with my heart racing and screaming out of my sleep.
This all started after my surgery.

I told my doctor this before and he thought it may be the pain meds at the time, but I've been off pain meds for months.

Also, I kept both my ovaries.

I bled a very very small amount a couple of days ago, and then I did the same thing the next day. I'm not sure if I should be concerned about that.

Every day for the past week I feel "not right", and I cant function. Actually this is pretty common everyday occurence, just some days worse than others. I feel out of it at times, and I cant complete a task at all. I am wondering if my hormones are crazy. Also, I was told I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. But is there a way to cure that at all? I am suffering so bad.

And my back hurts me so much. I cant use the computer much, and I cant do much, cleaning or otherwise, because I am so limited by sever back pain.

Does anyone have any insight? Sorry for the long post.

Suffering from insomnia now....

Re: I Dont know what to do

It sounds very much like low estrogen. It can take a while for your ovaries
to wake up. Do you have a primary care physician you can see o possibly start some HRT at least temporarily?
