pain near incision after lots of sneezing!

I am hoping that I haven't done any damage, it's been since July and I was feeling great, had been walking amost 2 miles every day. Then the hayfever started and the incessant sneezing! I have tried to hold and guard my tummy and all was well until I "held" one in. I was at the store and didn't want to be rude, well it felt like a slight give off to the left of my incision and now it just seems to be like I am back where I was when I was healing!

Has anyone else had this so long after surgery? What can I do, if anything? I have tired ice, seems to help for a brief time, then back to the burning/pain.

Me too! I'm afraid that I pulled something with my allergies going nuts. Me surgery was last week.

Be careful, I had some coughing, cleared my throat, the last cough popped my tummy open. So, hold your tummy if there is any coughing, sneezing, laughing, anything!!
