32 days/ davinci/partial abdominal radical w bso

So,
On the table for my radical with BSO and lymphectomy via DaVinci, it was discovered that my uterus was too large & required a lower abdominal incision as well.(horizontal)(btw, i would love the abbreviation for that one)
I have done fairly well thus far, but continue to have twinges, stretchy teary pains around the abdominal incision on the right side. Have been careful not to overdo and was off of anything other than advil for pain.
Today, I have been in ridiculous pain in that location. No fever, no visual indication of infection, no bleeding. Just knife like pain when I move on that side. Back to the bed.
Anyone else have this happen? Is this expected?
