Re: 4 weeks post hysterectomy tomorrow and very tired

I am only 1 week post-op, an am very tired too. I think we all heal at our own rate and being tired is our body's way of telling us to rest.
My Dr. told me if the tape wasn't off by two weeks, that I could take it off.
Can't imagine trying my jeans, and right now think I won't be in them until Christmas lol!

Re: 4 weeks post hysterectomy tomorrow and very tired

I will be 1 week post op tomorrow and I still get tired if I do too much. I still like to just sit and lay around even though my family expects more than that. Like right now I am tired and all I did today was feed my animals and fold and put away my son's laundry. And cook me some pancakes. And I am ready for a nap but everyone will be coming home from school and work before long.

It is very, very normal... many women are fatigued for a lot long than 4 weeks... for some women it can last for months.
