35 days post-op: Has anyone experienced a cyst after hysterectomy?

Hi, it's been 35 days after my hysterectomy and I still having issues. I had a hemorrhage at 13 days after surgery, been doing well now, but on Monday I started to have a sharp pain on my left side. Went to my OB and urine test was clear, so she send me for an ultrasound. She call me an let me know that I have a cyst on ly left ovary! OMG a Cyst, just what I need, why it didn't show before my surgery so she could take care of it then. Now she will repeat ultrasound in 4 weeks to check! I been spottin since Sunday and I feel like I'm not getting better. Im tired of been home, but my OB is concern that if I go to work I will be risking my recovery! Does anyone have experienced a cyst after the hysterectomy?

Most women will get cysts and most of the time they are harmless and you wouldn't even know you have one.
Now, there different types of cysts of course.
But the common ones would only be painful or a concern if they're big, bleeding or ruptured...

Im hopeful that this one disappear with out any further complications !!
