any suggeston

Hello I had a total hystrectomy now I'm on my 8 week my intesticle are acting up and I need help in what to do with a very tight belly and it bother my insinion it is very uncomforable and need some relieve which. I know it take time I hope I don't suffer at work cause be on feet 8 hour .

What is acting up??

Since I ad total hystrectomy I know that everything is getting back to normal with the pulling and the bloating and gas thing are just healing I will keep obsevering.thank
