Best Wishes to our August 16 Princesses

Happy Hysterectomy Eve fellow 16thers! I have 17 hours and 8 mins till "Lights Out" (small panicky feeling when I think about that).

Thoughts and prayers to all, With best wishes for speedy recoveries and benign results! Thank you all for the reassuring wishes and kind thoughts. I would have been lost without you all. What a courageous group of women! Thank you for caring about all of us, it means a lot. Surgery prep at 7 a.m. I'll wish you all a Good Nights sleep before seeing you on the other side. jjr2

good luck everyone ...was supposed to be a 17th princess ....but got word today gonna be a 16th instead !! I guess it took away last minute worry as i did not have time ...lol

I can't wait to tell my husband I am now a princess! He has been great pre-surgery, hope he can handle post-surgery.If not, my sweet mother is gonna be here to set him straight. Finally finished the HalfLytely! And two of the anti-bac showers! Now I'm ready to go!

It seemed like ages ago that it was booked, now it's tomorrow! eeeek!

I have been wide awake since 4 a.m...just nerves, I'm sure...I'm showered and packed. I still need to blow dry my hair, but I thought I'd goof off on here for a while first. If I had the early surgery and needed to be at the castle at 5 or 6 a.m., I'm sure I'd be sound asleep right now. But no, I'm wide awake and I don't have to be there till 8 a.m. I have to keep reminding myself that I can't have coffee! (I am a coffeeholic in the mornings). Just in case I woke on auto-pilot and headed to the coffee maker, I covered it with a plastic grocery bag last night.
