When did you start driving?

I don't want to drive..Im not ready for it, mind or body...

Doc hasn't said when...instructions said when I was off pain meds...i tried at 10 days...to the store and back...was totally exhausted. Tried again last week it was better...only drive when i have to. I have an 18 year old with license and a 17 year old with drivers permit...so it's a bit easier on me. going back to dr this week, i'm gonna ask if i can officially drive.

My doctor said 2 weeks because they were worried that if I got in an accident what would happen to the stitches etc. Unfortunately for my first driving I ended up driving alone a long distance. I had a UTI and hubby couldn't drive me and my babysitter got sick so my mom had to watch my kids. I drove 50 miles in a heavy downpour for my doctors appt!! Not fun!!!
