Highly embarrassing question

Ok......I am 5 weeks post op.....my DH and I were in bed last night and one thing led to another and we did have anal sex. I didn't have any pain during the act, but I have like a cramping now and my left side kinds hurts a bit! Not much, because I also have spine issues, it feels like my back is out again. I see my Dr. On Wednesday......I am just scared that something was hurt. I still feel ok.....but I'm concerned.......help!
