Any ideas on Bland diet before Surgery

I am one of the lucky bowel prep systers. I am going to start Tuesday eating light so that Wednesday when I start the phos...stuff, and the enema....I won't have too much to get rid of. Was just wondering if anyone had some ideas on some good foods that are tasty too....

If you are looking for bland foods... foods that are white are generally bland... potatoes, rice, chicken, vanilla ice cream, white bread...
