Re: What can i do?????

Ask your doctor what your exercise and lifting limit is... I was told I could lift nothing heavier than a gallon of milk after 1 week.

Re: What can i do?????

Housework involves bending and twisting as well as lifting. When you're doing housework, you're generally focussed on getting the job done rather than on what motions your body is doing at any given moment and how your body feels about them.

Do all the walking that your body feels comfortable with. ***As long as you're not pushing your body too hard***, the more walking the better.

When you're not walking, sit upright as much as possible rather than reclining. (Again, this is limited by what your body is comfortable with.) I read, worked on various small mending projects and did genealogical research. I did a couple of of tax returns for a friend and took apart some old computers for salvage. Other sisters have mentioned crafts, TV, DVDs (movies, TV series), etc.
