LAVH Did anyone else go back to work 1.5 weeks after hysterectomy?

Thanks! I cannot begin to describe how much better I feel.

My original diagnosis was fibroids and when the pathology came back they found that I also had adenomyosis. On the way home from my one week post-op appointment I read through everything I could find about it online. It explained SO MUCH about how bad I'd felt for so long.

I know we all recover and heal differently, and by all means we should follow our doctor's recommendations and listen to our bodies. But I'm telling you - I feel like I'm 25 again! (I turned 48 two days after my surgery).

I had surgery on Wednesday the 7th I work at a contact center and will be returning to work on wednesday part time from home I had a complete hysterectomy with removal of both overies and tubes.
