Bleeding!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it bright red blood or brown? Can you fill a pad within an hour? If so, then you need to call your dr.

Bleeding!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you lift anything? Maybe you over did it and are bleeding from your stitches. Please call your dr. Even if its nothing, it is better to be safe than sorry. Promise me you will call right away!!!

Bleeding!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with the same problem, at almost four weeks post op. A week ago, it was really heavy and I had popped two of my stitches and did another overnighter in the castle. However, it has continues, and the doc has taken a look and told me that the cramping and bleeding is from the already healed stitches beginning to slough off of the vaginal wall. Hopefully, that's all it is for you, but it bears a call to your gyn. I would rather be safe than sorry!

Bleeding!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call your doctor. Bright red blood is new blood, and your doctor may want to see you to determine the cause.

Hey Jabner

Can you let us know what happened? Did you call a doctor for the bleeding ? Are you OK? Just worried about you.

Bleeding!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my LAVH 3/28 and have had light bleeding, some would call it spotting, ever since. My doc said that this could continue for another week or so. But my mother was very ill in ICU so I have been having to go to the hospital to see her every day. And haven't really got the rest that I need. And now on a Friday night I have started bleeding quite a bit more. And it is bright red. I am getting concerned now. If it hasn't slowed down by morning I'm thinking maybe I should call the doc.
