Now I am cold!

I've decided I've officially gone from aaaalways being too hot (plus hot flashes) to now being cold! Not one hot flash so far since my surgery... To me, this is a novelty. And I figure don't complain, at least I can stylishly layer up now
But it is very strange, like the opposite of what I hear from others on here.And the opposite of the past several years... Anyone else having to figure out where they stashed all their sweaters and sweatshirts?

I go from hot to cold many times a day!

I would still say I was hotter than most people all of the time but less than I was before.

I started HRT after surgery and have had no more hot flashes since. It's lovely to be chilly again

I was hot all the time before but I also am child a lot now. Mr Dr says it is just the body healing from the trama of the surgery

I think it's lovely to be chilly again too! My wardrobe is just unprepared for it, lol. It would be nice to not have to wear socks to sleep, but I don't mind it.

I went from hot to cool to cold. I was taking black cohosh for awhile. Then I swithced to maca. I haven't taken anything in 2.5 months. I have an occasional hot flash. However, I do get the chills. Those I can handle. When I was having hot flashes it drove me nuts. The black cohosh and maca helped a lot. For some reason the hot flashes and night sweats just stopped. I get the chills mostly at night. I guess it's our bodies way of adjusting to physical changes and challenges.
