TAH Possible Ovary Cyst 8 Weeks Post Hysterectomy

So I went back to work on the 8th, exactly 8 weeks after my surgery and ended up pulling my stitches that first night (this was after work as I have a desk job) having an inside the house date night. I know I pushed things more than I should have but the doctor said that I'm okay and he's not worried about that. I have been having pains on my left side, so I have an ultrasound tomorrow to make sure that there isn't a cyst on my ovary. If it's not that or something else involving my ovary, I get to have my intestines checked. Things were supposed to be all better once I had the surgery and now I might be back to square one with a new issue. Oh boy!
