Hysterectomy:

Postmenopausal Complex Hyperplasia

I've just been diagnosed with a small fibroud and Complex Hyperplasia.
Have not had a biopsy or D&C yet and wondering whether there iare any natural approaches.
I am 66yo, slightly overweight and have high amounts of soy in my vegan diet which may have exacerbated endometrial thickness.
Any suggestions so appreciated.
