LAVH 4 days post hysterectomy: dizziness, nausea and anxiety

I am 28. I had my LAVH on this last Monday. They took my uterus and cervix. my first surgery ever. It's been 4 days. I am still very dizzy. I can't lift my head because I get dizzy. I am not eating or drinking very much. I feel sick a lot. I have been crying. Hot flashes. My eyes are always droopy. But I'm in no pain. They sent me home with a pharmacy and I haven't needed one pill. It's just dizziness and nauseous. I feel like the anesthetic is lagging on. But for 4 days? My dr won't return messages. I don't know what to do. My anxiety is out of this world right now. I'm not on anything for it. Don't get to see psychologist until September. I haven't had a cigarette since Monday morning before surgery. Smoked for 10 years. Thought it would be an opportunity to quit. Is this why my anxiety is up? Will smoking a cigarette make me feel worse? I feel so worthless and hopeless. Somebody please help me.

Hugs to you. You could be going through nicotine with drawls. Try to drink plenty of water to help flush things through your body. I had surgery the same day. I'm not really dizzy but still nausea. I'm having hot flashes to. I kept one ovary so will be glad when it kicks in. I didn't give up my cigarettes either. Good luck to you and it will get better.
