Four months post op. Gyn/Onc found speck of blood in vagina during examination.

I went for my first internal today after having complete DaVinci hysterectomy four months ago. My DX was End.Cancer, Grade lA/1. No further treatment needed. All pathology was negative. I am post menopausal.

Before he did the internal and looked into the vagina, he said there was a speck of blood in the vagina,
which kind of freaked me out, since there had been no evidence of any bleeding in the past three months. He was not all concerned, and told me that it was localized in the vagina. He took a pap smear of the vagina and did a rectal exam.

Has anyone on here who had a complete hysterectomy had this symptom after a few months. He was not all concerned, but I was.

Would appreciate some feedback. Thanks.
