Day Before

I'm a little nervous... to put it mildly! I didn't get everything done on my list, due to a cold, (Doc thinks surgery will go ahead) so will have to make due. I was in my "hyper" mode last week, did manage to paint bedroom, bathroom, and hallway.... needed a cold to slow me down. Have been up since 4:30 this morning, watched the sun come up... a first for me in many years! Checking computer *frequently*, hoping somebody has posted something new. Best wishes to all other LIW... Becka

Wow, Becka

I thought I'd gotten a lot done. It pales in comparison to painting the insides of your house. If I'd known you were that hyper, I'd have invited you down to help me spackle and paint my master bedroom

Take today just to do relaxing stuff for yourself. Whether it's some shopping, reading, the sometimes overused bubble bath therapy (which works great for me)...just do whatever relaxes you most. The waiting is the worst part...I remember well. But on the day I got to the castle, I remember having a big smile and thinking, "this is it. It's really happening!!" I was excited, but still calm.

We're here with you...and we'll try to get literary dysentary to keep you entertained since you're checking often.

Best wishes for an uneventful castle visit.

Oh Girl,

You are sooo me last week. *sigh*

I was up most of the night (same as you, the night before the night before) haunting the site and waiting for the sun. Thank goodness it was daytime in Australia, lol. Thanks Buckkie.

You take good care of that cold and really watch that you have no fever. Down your juice and the Campbells.

I feel ya. But I still have the bathroom to go, puff puff, whew!

Have a wonderful surgery and recovery. I'll send you many good thoughts and prayers.

Love ya,
Annie

Becka,
First of all, BIG s!!!

Whatever didn't get done, will still be waiting for you when you are all better. Before you know it, you will wonder why you were so "hyper" and will feel just great. The recovery time goes alot faster than the "waiting for surgery" time.

All will be well, and everyone will be waiting for your triumphant return.

Walk into the castle with a smile and enjoy the ride.
