It's official I have pre-op date now!

Got the call this morning to cover most of the pre-op questions. She told me that when I go in on Monday I'll just have to have bloodwork done, pregnancy test, and sign the paperwork and I'll be ALL SET for my surgery on the 21st. It's also when I'll find out the actual surgery time is.
Sooo excited! She answered all my questions putting me at ease over the last details that I was worried about.

I have a friend who just had her hysterectomy done by the same Dr about a week ago and she has been walking me through her recovery and she said she's feeling MUCH better after a week so I have high hopes!!!

Went ahead and colored my hair today, feel MUCH better for it, thanks for that suggestion whoever made it

And how nice to have a real physical hystersister that you can confer with .

I did the same....it made me feel better too. For me, it was the one little thing I could do to still feel attractive while adjusting to the new me.
