Bleeding/PMS 4 months post op
Good day all,
I have had a normal recovery from a SAH/BSO on Oct 1/11. I have a cervix but every thing else was removed due to severe endo. I had some initial post menopausal sumptoms early on but have been pretty normal the last 2 months.
2 days ago I started feeling pre-menstral: emotional, irrational, cramping. I was very confused but put it down to a return of post-menopausal stuff. Then tonight I started having vaginal bleeding/discharge! It's yellow-brown accompanied by cramping.
What on Earth is going on? I will call my surgeon tomorrow but I am very concerned and confused

If you don't have ovaries, pms shouldn't be happening. I would call the dr.
