I miss you guys!

I miss you guys so much now that I'm back at work! When I was home, I would log on here about once every hour to see the new posts and try to be the first one to respond! Now, when I get home from work, there are 10 pages of posts, and my time is limited, so I can only pick and choose a few to read. I know I'm missing some great posts on the boards! I am glad to be back at work. I got tired of being home alone. I know now I would not be very good with retirement! On the plus side, my sleep habits are starting to get better. I got about 7 hrs sleep last night, and actually slept all night without waking up. I've had to take Ambien most every night, but next week I hope to get by with Melatonin. Everyone at work has been so nice to me. I work in a great place with wonderful people, but I could not have made it as well as I have without my Sisters on here! Thanks to all of you!

I miss you guys!

Hi Passthesalt,

Sorry you missing us and can't read as many posts as you'd like but look at it this way if your selecting your posts then they must be the one's you feel best equipped to answer. So all the input to those ladies is important.

Glad to hear your sleep is improving and that your going well also. I'm still having problems with sleep some nights but I really think it's hormone related.

Sounds like it's a wonderful workplace you're in and that everyone appeciates each other.

There's always one certainty that no matter when you do post there'll always be someone who'll reply as the sisters and this site is just a wonderful supportive group.

Take care........Karen

I miss you guys!

Don't worry -- you can always catch up at some point.

I can relate though -- when I've been away for a time I feel like I'm missed lots of good stuff.

We're here whenever you want to read!

Passthesalt, we miss your frequent comments. And I always love seeing your name, because I'm kind of a salt-aholic. I'm glad you have a good work environment; that has to make it easier to go back. I do hope you can keep in touch.

I miss you guys!

Being away from the board is kind of like cutting the 'ole apron strings, isen't it? I felt the same way when I returned to work.
At least we know it is always here for us when we need to log in & reach out!
Best of luck in the "real world!"

Hi passthesalt...I always look forward to reading your posts! I hope when I go back to my job (ick) that I can sleep better also. Last night was night 4 of no sleep for me. My DH asked me what I'm going to do about it tonight. I dunno, hit me over the head and knock me out??

Anyhow, I love your posts...and herbsandveggies. Could it be those creative names? Creative and witty people? hmmm.

Ya know, when I can't sleep (which is pretty much all the time...) and I'm going through the threads, I always make sure to read your responses. Ya make me smile, girly!

Glad you're sleeping better and back at work. Remember to take it easy!

Thanks Kelly! I could just as easily have been named "butterandsalt" or "deepfriedveggies" or "chocolateicecream." I just thought herbsandveggies sounded healthier! And I do love to cook with fresh herbs and fresh vegetables.

I have been taking Ambien to help me sleep. I wasn't sleeping much at night either, although this was also a problem before my surgery. I hope you can get some help with this.
