Ovulation and hot flashes

Sorry about all these questions - they just pop up as I experience things!

I have felt ok since my surgery - have had what I call "hot crawls" which means I just sweated a bit - one time it was due to having the heat turned up when I didn't need it!

But yesterday I posted that my period would have been due about now. And early this morning about 3am, I had a definite set of two flashes....I got up to get some water, and had dense spots in front of my eyes, I had to lean my head down a bit.

Has this happened to you at what might be ovulation time?

I guess the ovaries haven't woken up yet...or had a rude awakening!

(PS no dizziness this am when I got up...but I sure didn't sleep well)

Dont know if its ovulation related but i know so many weird things are happeneing now that didnt happen befor LOL. Feel beter and i hope soem one can help
