Could something have been left in me during hysterectomy surgery?

Other than pain & soreness 3 months & counting after my surgery, are there other symptoms if something was left in me?

The symptoms of a surgical foreign body are...
Fevers
Chills
Pain
Confusion

I'm 7 months out from my TAH and I still have a lot of soreness and some pain so what you are experiencing is probably part of the normal healing process. The likelihood of your pain being related to a surgical foreign body without a fever present is very, very low.

If your pain level is high (5+) on a regular basis I would put in a call to the doctor, but f you also have a fever then I would proceed to the ER.
