Which belly band for a TAH?

I had two vertical c-sections, and used a fairly narrow elastic support band after the first and then during and after the second. It really helped. Having a bikini-cut TAH next week and wondering if I need one again (don't have the old one any more) and if recommended, which one? I know the one here on the site looks amazing but it's also too expensive for me. Any recommendations?

i found one on walmart.com that is 16.99 but i went to the store here and they had never heard of them i think its only on their online store might check it out hope this helps

when u go to the site search for abdominal binder and u can find them they do have some more expencive ones but keep looking further its almost down to the bottom of the page

I was wondering the same thing, if it would be worth it to get but also can't afford right now. I was thinking well maybe I can get it afterwards but will then have to wait for it to ship. Anybody else have any thoughts, stories?

My hospital provided mine so insurance paid for it. I asked my Dr and the surgery dept. They said I would have one in recovery and I did.

This is probably a really stupid question, but is an abdominal binder only for TAH's or are they for all kinds of hysterectomies? Thanks!

U cut on inside no matter type of surgery so yes they are for all types.
