todays victories

Iamtobi had a post that made me think. What is your victory TODAY?
Small.. large..doesn't matter. We're all here with you!

My todays victory: I walked a mile and a quarter! I haven't been able to do this in a long time due to pain! I felt so good!

Had my staples out today

I managed to survive 8 hours without my husband home to take care of my 2 small kids. He had am hour of clean up once he came home, but I made it!

Went to work for the 1st time in 7 wks. I'm exhausted but I managed to get up at 7am and get there by 8:30. I'm in the bed already with a heating pad but it felt good to be "normal" again!

Yay! "Normal"

did my hair and make up, wore a pair of capris ( with a button) and went to my sons 6th grade graduation looking like "normal" instead of sweatpants and a headband in my hair and feeling lile a bum lol. Did require meds and a warm bath when I got home though.

Congrats on getting into "real" clothes...that's a big deal!

I did three loads of laundry and made dinner with my husband. Good stuff!

I am back to driving today so therefore I am able to go buy flowers and work in my garden~~yeaaahhh!!!

Great news! Being able to drive again is awesome. Glad you can work outdoors again, too...it's lovely weather for it here.
