5 weeks post op tvh

Hi I am 5 week post op today and having a dull achy pain in lower abdomen right around my ovaries is this normal since i am close to my six week check-up. I started walking this week didn't feel any pain i did vacuum the floor yesterday maybe that's the reason. has anyone else had this problem this far in recovery?

I am a day behind you and I still have pain in my lady parts. I had a lavh and a&p repair and some days I feel like I will never be pain free.

I was still on restrictions until 6 weeks - so no vacuuming allowed yet. Yes, you could have overdone it just with vacuuming. I found pains will come and go. A hysterectomy is considered major surgery and everyone's body takes time to heal. You are still healing, but hang in there - you will be healed and pain free before you know it : )
