Today is Puncture Day!

Today is the big day, and I'm off to become "punctured"
I am confused about the epidural catheter for pain, anyone have that? Also a little worried about the IV site. (Due to arm problems maybe an "extenal jugular" IV, which as far as I can tell just means its going to be right into the side of my neck! So Last night and today I am kinda grumpy-my enema/douche thing was so wierd (never had done either before) and my girlfriend and I kept cracking up, but it got done... so thanks for all your good thoughts, Superwoman Suit is safely hung up...8 am pacific time is surgery...
