Help

i am new to this and i just need answers or someone who will listen. I am 25 years old and a mother of three young children, a wife and my health in the woman department has gone down hill the last year. I feel a lone lately. I am manic depressive and am on effexor xr so that doesn't help. I was diagnosed in dec of 2006 with severe dysplasia so i had a cone biopsy to get it all out. Then they found two large lumps in my right breast witch turned out to be nothing, but still scary. I was having such severe cramping, pain, swelling or bloating, wierd periods and i was miserable . So i found another gyn and he wanted to do a diagnostic laporoscopy to see what was going on. He found grapefruit sized cysts and a lot of endometriosis. He put me on the Lupron shot every three months for 9 months. It worked wonderfuly at first and then just stopped. So he suggested a hysterectomy. So i said o.k. Here is the problem. 2 weeks before my hyst i had my third lupron shot, so after my hyster i was still going through medical menapause. Now that the shot is starting to wear off, my body is going hay wire and i am scared. lately, the hot flsahes have been un bearable, i have had blood tests x-rays and my heart tested because they are that bad, but they say it is hot flashes, holy **** (excuse me) but no one worned me about this. My feet and hands are sweeling like crazy and my mood is horrible. Not to mention i have no mojo and i feel horrible for my husband. I have never had such bad back aches, my hips and knees are killing me and my legs hurt sooooooo bad. What is wrong with my body and why do i feel sooooooo alone. Please someone tell me that i am not going crazy.

mY OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT I WONDER IF MY DOCTOR HAS ANY IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING AT ALL. I LEFT THE HOSPITAL AFTER MY HYST WITHOUT A SIGLE PIECE OF INSTRUCTIONS . I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THEY CAN TEST YOUR HOMONE LEVELS. THAT MIGHT HELP. I WAS SO EXCITED TO FIND THIS WEB SITE, MY HUSBAND BLESS HIS HEART IS NO HELP AND NEITHER IS THE REST OF MY FAMILY.

Yes it is a simple blood test i had it done before my hyst to find out why I was having such thinning of my vaginal skin.I found out that i had no estrogen to speak of from being on depoprovera for 13 years.I certinaly would suggest talking to your doc and if he won't help I might find a new one.but that is just me thinking.I hope that you feel better real soon.

You are not crazy!! I am sending you hugs. Keep talking to your doctor, or find another doctor if you feel like yours is not meeting your needs. Keep asking till you get all your questions answered by someone, and can be informed about your healing process. I will be thinking about you, I hope you get some help from your doctor asap!! No discharge orders, I think that is horrible. I would be feeling just like you.

I agree with the others , you need to try and talk to your Dr. and if he wont help you find another who will! Are you on any hormone therapy? Could be what you may need..
Just this week My Dr.upped my Hrt..to see if it will help my hotflashes that started back, my achey body and trouble sleeping.. and the nurse told me that my leg cramps and achiness could be I need calcium too...they are gonna test my levels in January at my well woman checkup unless I need to be seen sooner..please let us know how you are!
you arent alone here, there are alot of wonderful ladies here to help each other! God Bless ! You are in my prayers!
