Bowel problems 7 weeks post op

Again it takes time for your body to get back to normal.I know because i had to deal with the same issues.You should try taking the medicine i suggested.it does work.ask your doctor about it if you are leary.they are both products that are over the counter,you can buy at your local pharmacy . I know it is frustrating.but you will get back to normal soon.

Hi there, thanks for your replies, I have been back to the doctors as things havent got any better, I have now been referred urgently back to my surgeon and gastro, my doc thinks I have adhesions and possibly a kink/twist in my bowel. I have had all my medication changed again and been told that taking pain meds is fine as I am in so much pain. The laxatives Im on now are really strong but still the problems with the motions in transit, it seems to get stuck on its way down. My doc thinks thats where the problem or problems are. Im 9 weeks post op now and the pain does not decrease at all if anything it is worse at times. Anyway thanks again ladies.
