That is a great idea! Although I could have used the meals as well. At least my brother kept Cookie a few extra days after I was discharged so DH and I wouldn't have to worry about her going out several times a day.

My male bully has been the same way! He's almost 65 pounds...and a bundle of wiggles and fun usually but since I had surgery he has been super clingy and needy. He even sits outside the glass shower doors and watches me (creeper..LOL) cries and howls when I leave for work which he never did.

Our Boxer...she could care less...she is my daughters dog.

I decided to let him up on the couch with me. I had to trust him not to jump. He surprised me. He stayed by me at my foot while I was laying down. He might of just been confused why I was pushing him away (I normally don't). I like the idea of someone walking the dog. I might have a hard time finding volunteers in this recent cold spell here in MI. Thanks for all the tips!
