Laparoscopy, hysteroscopy & D&C

Hi, I posted a while back about wanting to have a hysterectomy for severe pain with my period. I did get to see the head OBGYN at the office I go to and he was great. I didn't even feel like I had to convince him (after I'd already spent months convincing the CNM).

So he scheduled me for a laparoscopy, a hysteroscopy, and a D&C all at the same time. I go next Friday, June 25th. It's outpatient surgery, so I'm supposed to go home a few hours after I'm awake if I'm okay.

I sure hope he finds what is causing me all this pain. Two days ago I had a horrible cramping during my period and was yelling out. My husband came in and said when he hears me making those noises, he wants to tell me to push (as in the same noises I was making during labor!). I told him that if I had a gun I'd be tempted to put myself out of my misery.

So far, I'm not very nervous about the surgery, I'm actually relieved that they could schedule it so soon.

I had all three of those procedures done a couple months ago. I know what you mean about just wanting answers! (((((HUGS)))))
