TAH/BSO. Painful Bowel Movemnt. Please Help!

I found walking little and often helped get rid of any trapped wind which I felt caused a lot of my problems. It was painful in the early days but is much better now. Drink plenty of clear fluids too and try and eat normally. It is tempting not to eat to try and avoid going but that makes matters worse. Good luck, you will soon be over the worst!
