Two days post hysterectomy: Girdle

I had surgery 11/7 and I came home yesterday. How soon should I wear a girdle or binder?

As soon as you personally feel it would make you more comfortable rather than less. For me, this was never.

I had my surgery on Friday October 10th and my sister n law brought me her velcro belly binder that Monday. It has helped me tremendously. I could walk straight and didn't have to hold my belly lol. Try it and if it helps keep at it but just don't put it too tight just snug.

I only took it off to shower and or wash it lol I wore it around the clock over my tank for the first 3 weeks. Now just if my belly is sore. I hope it helps you as much as it did me. I tried my girdle granny panties as I call them but didn't have the same results.
