3+ weeks post hysterectomy: Ovulation dates and scared vaginal discharge

Hi today is my 3 week with 2 days since my abdominal hysterectomy. I keep my ovaries and I want to know if I can track my ovulation days cause usually I get really depressed and really sad and I always prepared my hubby in advance lol. My other questions is I was going for a really short vacation and I lift one suitcase for the floor to the bed it was empty but 2 hours later the pain start and I always have a little vaginal discharge but yesterday have a little brown color I am scared because I have my vaginal cuff and my doctor took vacation my next appointments is on 14 how I know if I rip the points? today I feel good not pain vaginal discharge is like a yellow color. HELP

I can not help with the discharge, I'm sorry.
But I used to keep track of my period with a period tracking app. I'm still using it as if I got my period on the date I should have, so I can see also if I'm getting my usual PMS feelings. I think it should still work.

The general guideline on spotting / bleeding is that if you're filling a pad in an hour, it's an emergency. Other symptoms which should be reported to your doctor would be a fishy smelling discharge, a gush of any fluid or clots larger than a quarter. None of those have occurred with your suitcase lifting, and your pain is better today. You're wise to monitor for other symptoms, but otherwise, just take it easy today, and let someone else pick up the suitcase. Incidentally, whenever I engaged my abs intensely, I was often rewarded with dull, menstrual-like cramps and swelly belly. Last time I was at the mat with those was at 5 months. It really does take months to full healing.

I had my surgery June 19. I should have had a period July 10. Was really nice to not get it
And yeah, I decided to mark it as if I got it so my next one should be Aug 6. I have my PMS acne so ... it's just something interesting to keep track of. Maybe it'll be inconsistent, maybe it will stay on track. Maybe after a while I'll stop needing/wanting/caring to track.

Right now I feel my surgery is all consuming. There isn't a time I don't think about it, worrying my healing might get set back, etc

My discharge Went from brown and changed over a period of time to yellow now.

The heaviest I lifted was my sewing machine a couple of times using both hands a couple of day ago. Other then that I think it was probably a bad idea. I've been feeling pretty good, still get some cramping off and on. My face has broke out with some acne which I thought maybe from night sweats that have been happening. I am still learning what to expect . I kept both my ovaries.

OMG I have acne too and my discharge this days is really yellow and I am very emotional I thought it was the operation but wen I look in my period tracker it was my time for the period Thank God I don't have to be concern again about my hemoglobin and buying overnight pads and old the pain that comes with my horrible period. Thanks sister Thank God for this forum without this I probably go crazy lol

Haha! My one little joy is having my period tracker ask me "did you forget to record your start date?" Right now, I am 17 days late .
