Intercourse bleeding

Nearly 7 weeks post op. Feeling great. Has anyone had any bleeding after intercourse?

Yes, it is normal to have some bleeding the first few times after intercourse. However, it should not be like a heavy period. It should go away in a few hours.

I also had slight bleeding after the first time. It hardly spotted a pad.

Wondering same thing. 5 1/2 weeks out and wondering if there is pain the first time after??

Pain can depend, some women have some, some don't. I very much did because after lots of KY and being on top and gently guiding my husband in, he lost his mind and grabbed me and did a quick deep thrust. OUCH!!! He felt so badly after wards, but said that it just felt so good, he forgot. We did have a very satisfying encounter after the pain subsided and he stopped apologizing.

So be forewarned and before you start, remind your husband you and only you are in control.

Don't worry, I think my husband will be very gentle (he's been SO patient), but I will definitely make sure I'm in charge.
