Vitamains for healing

Has any other DR suggest taking prenatal vitamins for healing?

My doctor didnt say anything about vitaimins but as soon as I got home from hospital I started on them to help my healing and my doctor told me I was well healed when I went to see him

I took a list of my vitamins & supplement to the Dr, but he didn't mention making any changes. My regular Dr told me several years ago that med school doesn't teach much about nutrition, which is sad, in my opinion.

I am post op LAVH 01\31\11 dr said at two week visit that I wasn't healing. He also stated sometimes poor nutrition can cause this. He put me on prenatal vitamins to help me heal faster. After a couple weeks on them went back to the dr. 90 percent better.

i've been taking arnica, it helps with bruising and internal healing, i take the pills, they taste like sugar and go directly under your tongue...you can't touch them as our oil will deactivate them...and you can find them at a health food store...i really believe it's helped me with my recovery.
