Bleeding 3 years after hysterectomy

I suffer with severe constipation, colonoscopy done before hysterectomy and another after, just severe constipation. Since my hysterectomy whenever I have a bowel movement I bleed from my vagina. Had ultrasound done, found cysts on my ovaries, but my doctor sAid there's no connection for the bleeding and my constipation, I don't know who to turn to next, I go back in 6 weeks for another follow up. Could this possibly be my bladder?
