I have a date and a big decision to make

Hey girls!
I got word from the doctor that they want to do surgery on March 15th. The bummer part is coming up with the money so fast, but it is doable. Here's the decision part. I was also offered another long term sub job starting in April. It would be three weeks full-time, two weeks half time and the part time for the next couple of weeks. So, do I go ahead with surgery and skip the job or postpone the surgery and work? Anyone have any thoughts on this???? I would appreciate any help!

Tysa, What are you having surgery for? Is it a condition you can live with for awhile? Is the money more of a priority at this time? If you doctor would allow you to postpone and you feel comfortable in doing so then by all means go ahead and take the job. If your health is in jeopardy then I think you know what needs to be done. Remember you must feel at peace with your own decision.

Have you asked your dr if you could wait on your surgery or is it medically necessary now? Some ladies can post pone their surgery, while others can not. I am sorry you having to make this tough decision and wish you the best for whatever you decide!
