Trying to keep my mind occupied until Tuesday. Luckily, my niece's high school graduation is this weekend in Fort Worth (about 6 hours away from us).

Pre-op went well. They did an EKG, X-rays, bloodwork, went over all the paperwork, talked to the A-man who said he'll start an IV where I'll be going in and out (of space, I guess) with an epidural and keep the epidural in one or two days. I'm scheduled for vaginal. That's the plan anyway. Monday night is Betadine douche and Fleets enema (uh-oh). Guess I'm all set.

My doctor said he'd take the uterus, cervix, check out everything else (wasn't leaving in anything that looked bad).

Okay, ladies, we're down to the wire! We can do it!

and thanks to all for the good thoughts, I will post when I get home from the castle.

Everyone here has been a REAL source of strength and support. I don't know how would have gotten this far without it. DH has gotten lots from sight also. (info and understanding)
