TVH: Tomorrow is the day!! Help im nervous

Soon, you will be on the other side, and before you know it, this will all be in the past. I'm still 8 days away, so it's easy to say since my nerves haven't kicked in too much yet . I do mean it, though. And oh my, to ACW1965 a 6 pound fibroid!?! Eeeek.

I know its difficult. As one post said, they'll keep you talking until you get into the OR. As soon as I was in the gown, the nurse kept asking lots of questions, many of which I'd already answered in the doctor's office. I was really worried about the IV - the first one was in the pre-op. The others weren't started until I was under. The lidocane helped a lot - I didn't feel the IV. Fortunately, they put me under soon after I was in the OR.
