Almost 6 months post hysterectomy-fell today-bleeding

I'll be 6 months out next week--today I fell in the lunch room where I work. I was sitting on a rolling chair and went to roll back and tipped it back and I landed on the floor. I'm a little sore on the bum but went to the bathroom and am bleeding some. Its not dark blood, its bright red--and from what I can tell its from the vagina. I've called my dr but haven't heard back...anybody else had anything similar?

I went to after care and he waited for me.
The bleeding had stopped by the time i got there so not really sure what happened. Everything looked and felt fine. I'm not sore anywhere so who knows.
