Owie!

I've seen the post-op ladies mention twinges of pain when nerves start to knit back together. Well... I have those now! Both vaginal and rectal. What's up with that?! It seems to be getting worse, along with general pelvic congestion.

Hey, maybe aliens abducted me and already did my surgery!! Ya think?!

Twinges & Numbness

I'm right there with ya! I had TAH/bladder repair on 5/16 and in the last few days my tummy has been numb and yet sometimes very, very sensitive to touch! I also feel some pulling on the left side of my abdomen. Can't say I have tingling rectally, but in the pubic area I am black and blue. Anyone else?!?!? I asked the MD what that was from and all he said was 'the surgery.' Real funny doc!

Owie!

I don't know what's goin' on with you either, but I do know that the pain has gotten increasingly worse for me too, only in my abdomen. Just probably has to do with your unique symptoms. If it gets too bad though, I would consult my Dr.

Hope you get to feeling better! Kat

Owie!

LOL Morningrain! Sounds like you'll feel a whole lot better after your surgery.

Chars4d ... I was black and blue too and those bruises took the longest to disappear. I'm 7 weeks post-op and still numb and my stomach just HATES being touched!

S to you both.
