2.5 months post hysterectomy: please help - rectal pain

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me. Three times now since my surgery (march 23) I have had MAJOR rectal pain. level 10. It lasts for about 15 mins and every time it's after I've been on my feet for an extended amount of time. It just happened now, this is by far the worst pain I've ever felt. Does anyone know what this could be? I can't get in to see my Dr. until next week.

Not sure but yesterday I had the most severe spasms/pain in my colon. And then it hurt to sit, still does. Never had that level of pain other then maybe childbirth.
I wonder if you're having spasms?
Let us know what dr says.

I had the pain after I came home from hospital. I was on antibiotics for u.t.i. which caused diarrhea so I thought it may have something to do with it. Not sure but the rectal pain was bad. Getting better now at 3 weeks post op.

Spasms? Never heard of that, but it seems like that would be a sure bet. Also another analogy would be it felt like a charlie horse in my rectum and then I had right leg pain afterwards, I don't know if they're related but I think they are, it's really strange .. I hope I never get another one for as long as I live.
