I also kept taking the stool softeners until the bottle was empty (I think about 4 weeks) and I took the MOM daily for a couple of weeks. I had to take some more MOM last week as I had that very uncomfortable "full" feeling. I have always had irregular bowel movements, often only going every 3-4 days. I find that it is more uncomfortable now though when I go that long.
