Pins and needles in feet ~ anyone else?

This is my first time posting - hope I do it right? I had a tah on 3/26. I was scheduled for a planned vag/lap hster. on 4/08 but began hemoragghing on the 3/26 & had to have it done abdominally. I had to have a 2nd surgery on 3/27 due to complications of internally bleeding so I was flooded with fluids and needed several transfusions. The pain is getting better. Have pins & needles feeling in my feet. Is this common? Swelling is getting better but is still there. The pins & needles feeling is so uncomfortable. Peace to all...

Call your doctor and ask about that as soon as possible! When you had your surgery, did they have you wear the compression stockings? I was fitted out with the surgical compression stockings. My doc wanted me to wear them for 8 weeks. I did disobey...I could only stand wearing them for the first 2 weeks post-op. Those stockings are to prevent any clotting in the legs. I get that feeling periodically (pre and post surgery) when I sit too long or don't move my legs.
