Almost to my three week mark. I am actually feeling pretty good. I had a little bit of an oops. I fell onto the couch as I was folding clothes and turned...lost my balance and down I went. Little sore for the rest of the day, but am feeling much better 2 days later. Should I inform my doctor on this?

Unless you start feeling differently, or new symptoms pop up I think you are probably ok. However, I am not a doctor so if it nags at you and bothers you, a call wont hurt.
