EYE sight and hyst

This is very weird, my glasses which are only two years old with new prescription, I was told the other day are now too strong. I've been notising that things closer up have been getting fuzzy, and I was thinking that i might need a new prescription, turns out I do, but because my eyes have been healing and now need weaker lenses, has anyone else heard of this.
Im not getting new glasses, I'm going for lazik on wednesday.

lazik - are you sure? personally I'd rather get new glasses (or contacts) and see how my sight settled down first. Hormonal fluctuations affect body fluid, thus the shape of your eye can change, and therefore the vision. Could this be a factor?
