6 weeks post op hysterectomy

Good evening, I had a total hystertomy but kept cervix. It has been six week since surgery and now I see blood when I wipe and small clots. I have been constipated for a couple of days and strained to go. Could this be serious? I also have an aching pain in abdomen and right side

I would call you doctor to be sure.

I think that if you keep your cervix you can still have a little bit of bleeding and cramping when your period would have been (I had adenomyosis).

If you kept your cervix, you can still have mini periods.
